Bowel Movements

For correlation analysis, you don’t need to log every individual bowel movement.
What matters most for the analysis is that the symptom is logged on the day it occurred, with an appropriate severity. Logging multiple entries on the same day won’t artificially increase the correlation — the algorithm looks at patterns across days rather than simply counting the number of entries.
If the severity changes significantly during the day (for example mild earlier and severe later), you can log separate entries to reflect that. Otherwise, a single entry for that day is absolutely fine.
