Where do I keep track of Bristol scale for type of diarrhea, is it under notes? Thanks

Hi,
For diarrhea you can either record a Bowel Movement event and set the Bristol scale to either 6 or 7, or if you would like to record finer detail you can add a general Symptom event and add set the Diarrhea slider on a scale of 1-9.
