Would like to be able to place this log next to blood sugar and pressure logs for comparison.

mySymptoms provides the option to create a CSV export of your diary.

This can be found under the More tab – tap ‘Diary Report’, then tap ‘All’ (or another date range), then you will be prompted to create a PDF, CSV, or Web (Android only) report. Email yourself a copy of the report. The CSV report can then be imported into a spreadsheet for analysis.
