To add your own symptom types:

Go to the ‘Organizer’ tab
Tap on ‘Symptoms’
Tap on ‘Add’ (iOS) or + (Android) on the menu
Enter the name of a new symptom
Tap ‘Done’ (iOS) or the check mark (Android) on the menu
