I have a Samsung Phone and an iPad and would like to be able to sync between the two. Is this possible yet?

Unfortunately it’s currently not possible to sync between the Android and iOS versions of mySymptoms. Sorry.
 
Only Android provides sync at the moment – we plan to introduce sync on iOS later in the year.
