sleep and Fitbit

Mariah asked 8 years ago

I use a FitBit wrist band tracker to help track my sleep. The total number of hours sleep doesnt always match the duration, since I wake up quite frequently sometimes. Should I track each portion of my night individually or is adjust my start/end times to match my actual hours slept?

mySymptoms sleep quality events aim to capture the quality of your sleep more than the timings. Therefore we would suggest keeping the start – end times to the entire duration rather than individual portions.
