I keep getting a msg that sync failed. How do I turn that off?

Sync is automatically enabled for all accounts to ensure you data is backed up in the cloud.
If you are experiencing an error please report it to support and they will help fix the issue.
In the app go to More -> Report and Issue -> Email .
